This is a story about old man; his name was Kaauchiyuwichiu. He made himself a canoe. He had a daughter and a son-in-law; they had two grandsons. He told his son-in-law; he would kill a caribou if he had something to use. When he went to get the caribou; he saw lots of berries. He picked them up. He saw the greater yellowlegs. They saw someone standing and ran after it.

Some of his words were hard to understand.

The story he talks about is what he heard longtime ago.

The people of chisasibi were travelling to Whapmagoostui to get some oil from the seal. He also talked about the Inuits. There was a conflict between the Crees and Inuits. The inuits were destroying stuff.
