Kaauchihkumishiu and his wife are paddling in a canoe. A blade of seaweed is stuck on his paddle. He takes it off with his hand. That night, he arm becomes very sore. He heals himself using oil from a skunk. He finds out that Piyaakwaakimiu was the one that caused this. He goes after Piyaakwaakimiu and kills him.
