This is George Matoush an elder from Mistissini. He was born in the bush North east Inland of Mistissini and this is also where he used to hunt. After he got married to Mary Shecapio and had children of their own he continued to hunt in the area of waapishchekaashishahchi of his hunting ground for survival. He also hunted for other people to provide his share for other for survival. |
